The PUPcast are back with fantasy football picks. After Harry Kane and Victor Valdes did the business last week, the lads are hoping for big points again this week.
GK – Heurelho Gomes, Watford – £4.9 m
Heurelho Gomes might be a surprise pick for some people but, he has been very consistent this season. Gomes has three clean sheets already this season and also has a very solid defense in front of him which has lead to him already scoring 39 points this season. Watford currently sit in 11th, 3 points off Manchester United and playing an out form of form Everton side. Expect a Watford win and Gomes to keep a clean sheet.
Honorable mention: Wayne Hennessey, Crystal Palace GK – £4.3 m

DEF – Shkodran Mustafi, Arsenal – £ 6.1 m
Mustafi has debate-ably been Arsenals best signing this season. He has helped Arsenal keep three clean sheets this season and has developed quite the partnership with Laurent Koscielny. Mustafi is £0.5 m cheaper then his French defensive partner and is a must have as Arsenals next couple of fixtures are games you could see them getting clean sheets.
Honorable mention: Chris Brunt, West Brom – £ 4.9 m
MID – Gylfi Sigurdsson, Swansea – £ 7.4 m
The PUPcast are big believers in Bob Bradleys Swansea revolution but, also admirers of Gylfi Sigurdsson. Sigurdsson has been incredibly under rated this season even though he has scored 4 and assisted 4 goals this season. This weekends fixture against Sunderland really is a “six pointer” so expect Sigurdsson to step up and make an impact on this game.
Honorable mention: Steven Defour, Burnley MID – £5.9 m
ST – Kelechi Iheanacho, Manchester City – £6.6 m
With Sergio Aguero out with a 4 game suspension, City will be turning to the 20 year old Nigerian to replace Agueros goals. Iheanacho has scored 3 goals this season and after scoring mid week against Celtic, expect another goal against hapless Leicester City.
Honorable mention: Christian Benteke, Crystal Palace ST – £ 7.6 m
Bargain Buy: Divock Origi, Liverpool ST – £6.6 m
After an impressive goal last week against Bournemouth Divock Origi has tough task ahead of him replacing Coutinho and Sturridge. But, Liverpool are playing a West Ham side that shipped 5 goals last week to Arsenal. Also Liverpool create so many chances in games expect Origi to put away at least one and score you big points this week.
